We had a lovely stay at this hotel in the heart of an authentic Turkish neighborhood. The location in the actual castle was amazing, with charming surroundings and a Byzantine village atmosphere. The staff were helpful and efficient, and we enjoyed the comfortable room amenities including a mini-bar, flat-screen TV, and a stylish parquet floor. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch, and the kitchen utensils provided added convenience to our stay. The Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV allowed us to stay connected and entertained.
We highly recommend this place to family and friends for its central location and the quality of service and facilities provided.

Cozy rooms with a small kitchen and quiet surroundings were the best aspects of my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen was convenient. The location was key, as it was right in the middle of the historic center, making it easy to explore the Citadel and nearby museums. the price-to-quality ratio was perfect, offering a great value for the money.
There were a couple of negatives during my stay. the personnel did not speak any English, which made communication difficult.

Liked staying at the Ottoman Mansion! We celebrated our New Year's in a charming historical village. the hotel was beautifully furnished and incredibly clean, a total immersion in authenticity. the staff was very welcoming and helpful, despite the language barrier. the hotel was conveniently located close to the museums and parks, as well as traditional Turkish cafes, the perfect location for exploring the city.
Disliked the unreliable Wi-Fi in our room. the common area provided excellent Wi-Fi.
